• What is the total budget for construction?

  Budgets are set by each individual customer. When we are contacted, our estimator will visit with the homeowner to determine what they want/need done, what type of materials are needed or requested and the budget that needs to be met. Our quote will be based on these factors.

• Why do renovations cost so much?

  They don’t necessarily.  Our employees try to work as efficiently as possible to keep these costs to a minimum. However, renovations often involve removing existing items such as countertops, cabinets; any of the items that our customers are changing or updating. This requires more labor, a way to remove the waste (dumpster/waste management). We then have to prep the area for the changes that our customers have requested, and then install the necessary components to complete the job.

• What is the typical timeline for a project?

  This depends on our customers, their schedule and if we can access the home on a daily basis.

• How will we initiate a renovation project?

  A renovation project is initiated by first contact, however the actual work will not commence until the quote has been accepted and a contract signed by the homeowner and Trademark Building Company.
